To wash down the salmon and lichen, we made the drink Tirion Fordring recommends himself. Water, sugar, a cinnamon stick, tea bags, cardamom and fresh pears simmered for about 10 minutes until the pot turned a deep brown. We strained it into a glass jar and stirred in maple syrup and half a cup of gin, "or in other words, two shots."
It's meant to be served warm, but you can have it however you like. We poured it into our flasks and priced it at 65 gold, or 85 if you want it chilled. Even before tasting, we were surprised by how good it smelled.
The first sip got an "oh my God." It's straight sugar on sugar on maple syrup, and it tastes exactly like Hearthglen Ambrosia. It was shockingly good: "this is what I need in my life right now." It's also very sweet, which came up again in the next episode.
As the frosty winds of Northrend howl outside, there's no better time to cozy up with a steaming mug of Hearthglen Ambrosia. Recommended by none other than Tirion Fordring and the esteemed Argent Crusade, this comforting brew is a knightly indulgence even paladins can't resist.
The warmth of the spices dances with the cool bite of juniper from the gin. Dust off your teacups for a drink fit for heroes!

Contains alcohol, and it's very sweet. It's meant to be served warm but is good chilled too. A cozy nightcap; pairs well with spice cake or shortbread.
